Test Automation Engineer -Berlin

This company is a well established digital company they have been Developing all kinds of Digital Sales tools for a number of customers throughout Europe.

Their goal is to find a Test Automation Engineer to join their advanced tech team in Berlin.

They are looking for a team player with an agile mindset and someone who can be a passionate about discovering, inventing and simplifying their work.

The team is always growing and they are looking for proactive professionals who are interested in staying on top of the latest tech industry trends. 

YOUR BACKGROUND

3+ years in Quality Assurance

Ideally extensive experience in Test Automation

CI / CD / BDD / TDD / API Testing / Jenkins (or similar) / Selenium Webdriver (or similar) / Git

Hands on experience with JavaScript

Knowledge of another programming language (Java / TypeScript) is a bonus

Experience with Docker

Experience with API performance tests

Experience setting up a CI/CD pipeline

Excellent written and spoken English – German not required

Experience with Build Management, Agile Methodologies and current QA methods.

ISTQB Certification (CTFL) is advantageous but not essential. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Roll out new/enhanced features.

Test planning, user story testing, release candidate testing.

Improve quality through innovating and improving tools and processes.

Improving existing test strategy.

Using experimentation and innovation to build real solutions.

Debugging and analysing failures with developers.

Collaborating with developers, product managers and major stake holders.

Test Automation Lab.
