Sebastian Beattie conducted the whole recruitment process with a company from Germany. From the initial conversations about my fit for the role, giving golden advice for each of the upcoming interviews, guiding me through the visa process, and facilitating possible ways of working with the company while the visa process (slow due to the pandemics) was in course.
